Founded with the spirit of volunteerism, volunteers have been an integral part of WillWay Africa's work from the very beginning.
Our volunteers are a group of individuals with diverse backgrounds, who share our common passion for global education, health, economic empowerment and environmental protection that is effectively localised.
Our volunteers vary in terms of age, nationality, interests, and experience, but they are joined by a common passion for supporting community-based developmental work in rural Ghana and beyond.
Our decision to work with volunteers stems from our belief that they, with their different backgrounds and experiences, can help to develop the organisation and assist us in achieving our mission.
